The ordered items will be charged at the time of dispatch (not before). After the goods have been delivered to you, you have 7 days to advise us by email, phone or fax that - for whatever reason - you would like to return the goods for a full refund. In this unlikely case, Animato will organise the pick-up. Otherwise, instruments have a warranty of 12 months, bows and cases have a 6 month world-wide warranty. Should a warranty claim arise we will either replace the item free of charge or we find a suitable workshop in your area. Apart from this our terms request that you practice and enjoy the purchase!
